Steven booked this house already... 1st time , i don't like the area..PUCHONG. Because it is every day every minute traffic jam there, jam like hell... >.< taman =" =""> so i'm very scare now, hope there can soft the problem within this 2 year, but hopeless...Before he booked, steven got asked me many time and just waiting for this house launch... si , i'm just let it be, and i quite like this design, feel modern.... but in my mind , i still more like select area buy house, but not select house buy area... i'd know Steven will regret after he move in this house within 1year
i more prefer SP Setia Alam or Kota Kemuning , because quite near high way, want go where also no problem, and in there got many shop lot ,restaurant .... and most importand , there got bank and market , no need go far far ^^
